インターネットの時代になって嘘が通じなくなったということがあるんですよ。矢追さんの時代だと、エリア51という場所で UFOをつくってるとテレビで流れたら、誰もそれを確認しようとはならないわけです。今は、誰かがそういうことを言ったら、ネットで調べてある程度のことがわかってしまう。そういうネタの神秘性が維持できないんです。

最近は逆に、YouTubeなどに素人からの投稿でUFOの写真や動画が増えているんですよ。最近アメリカでUFOが鮮明に写っている写真が話題になって、これは久しぶりにビッグウェーブだと思ったんですけど、それさえあまり話題にならない。やっぱり時代としても冷めてるということです。これは、こういうジャンルに限った事ではなく、聖火リレーにしてもそうですけど、一方的なアジテーションが通じない時代なんかじゃないかと。
